Assisted Living
Memory Care
Walnut Crossing is the kind of place where people quickly stop feeling like newcomers. Friendships form at the bistro, over a fitness class, or on the front porch. Staff learn your name before you learn theirs. And the care is genuinely personalized, built around who you are and what matters to you — so you can stay active, engaged, and fully yourself.
Our award-winning Assisted Living program takes the time to understand each individual and become part of their story. New experiences, real connections, and a team that’s invested in your happiness: that’s what daily life here is built around.
Walnut Crossing’s Assisted Living program pairs daily support with a personalized wellness plan designed around each resident’s individual needs and preferences. Our team provides assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, with additional support available as care needs evolve.
Care plans are developed with residents and families and reviewed regularly to make sure support stays well-matched to each person’s situation.
Beyond direct care, Assisted Living at Walnut Crossing includes:

Fitness classes, movie nights, musical performances, resident-run activities, and social outings keep the calendar full and the days genuinely interesting.
